Restrictions on Use of Materials. No material from MateMatch Personals, any subdirectory on MateMatch Personals or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by same, or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies (collectively, "MateMatch Personals"), may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of The Company. In the event you download software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by The Company MateMatch Personals. does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but Apartment Access retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not re-sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.

Submissions. Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting companion matches. This site is controlled and operated by The Company All comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information disclosed or offered to MateMatch Personals by this site or in response to solicitations in this site or other MateMatch Personals, Inc. sites (collectively, the "Comments") shall be deemed and shall remain the property of The Company. None of the Comments shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of The Company and The Company shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Comments.

Limitation of Liability. MateMatch Personals, Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstance, including, but not limited to, any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if MateMatch Personals or a Rt40.com Services. authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall The Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site. By consenting to this contract, you consent that any legal action taken against The Company will take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Termination. This contract will terminate immediately without notice from MateMatch Personals if in MateMatch Personal's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this contract. Should you be terminated for failure to comply with the terms and provisions of this contract, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other MateMatch Personals site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this contract or otherwise. MateMatch Personals reserves the right to refuse to list any member for any reason, or to edit content, should we feel it is inappropriate for our companion matching service purposes. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud any of our members, potential members or any subsidiary of The Company are found. Any client who is de-activated for such reason will NOT be entitled to a service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges. Such infringements include, but are not limited to, the illegal use of the information we provide or the distribution of the list for any purpose other than for the individual use of finding a companion.

The use and distribution of the  MateMatch Personals name, reputation, information, content in any medium or web page may not be used in any way (other than for personal intended use of finding a companion) without the expressed, written consent of  MateMatch Personals and Rt40.com Services. This contract is effective until you find a companion, or until the end of the terms of contract stated above. You may terminate this contract at any time by deactivating your membership on our web site.
