"Account Link Home" button will bring you to this page from any point in the site. 

 > New Customers can create a new account by clicking on the >New Account Signup< link.
 > Account Holders can now:
> Login filling in their username and selected password.
> Recover lost passwords by clicking on Forgot Password link.  
> Remember his login and password setting on the 'Remember me' tick.
                                (This feature is using client side cookies. Which expire after a period of time.If user does not
                                 set this tick then old cookies that consist of login and password data will be erased.)
> Contact one another or a company representative (Evenings) online, on the Web Messenger.
                                (*No Software Download Required). Login to this feature on the main menu of your personal "Account Link" page.
> Use the PayPal.com link on your personal "Account Link" page for making a payment.

*NSF Checks carry a $50.00 charge plus any/all related collection costs!

*All Invoices & Proposals are due & payable immediately upon receipt. In the event a payment is past due postmarked by 24 hours, a late fee, per day, at a rate of 10% of the amount due will be calculated and added to any outstanding balance. Invoice Payments, must be forwarded on time to avoid additional charges.
Note to current customers:
Effective January 1st, 2009 the current labor rate for handyman type projects will be as follows: $25 for 1st half hour and then $45 per man hour for each subsequent hour. Our general labor rate is $25 per man hour on estimated projects, Electrical or Plumbing projects are $60 per man hour.
